Because of the 2.5-month supply, ask exactly how and when you'll be charged. Several Trustpilot reviewers say they were charged for multiple months upfront, in one case before approval. We can't verify individual reviews, but the pattern is worth checking.

Treatment options
TRT Nation's cost page focuses on injectable testosterone cypionate and says gels, patches and pellets are not offered. Its FAQ also lists enclomiphene, plus weight-loss, anti-aging and sexual health programs. If you want cream or an FDA-approved oral option, look at Henry Meds or Maximus.
Labs and medical oversight
TRT Nation says consultations are done by licensed physicians who specialize in hormone therapy and build personalized protocols. The baseline panel it describes (testosterone, estradiol, CBC, CMP, PSA over 40) covers the core markers the Endocrine Society recommends monitoring, such as hematocrit and PSA (Endocrine Society guideline). The panel is smaller than Hone's 50+ biomarkers or Fountain's 14+.

As of September 25, 2026, TRT Nation had a 2.1/5 TrustScore from only 30 reviews on Trustpilot. That's a small sample, so weigh it carefully, but the complaints are consistent: charges before approval, multi-month upfront payment, appointment delays, slow customer service and some shipping problems. Positive reviews come mainly from longer-term patients who report reliable, on-time deliveries.

Is TRT Nation legit?
TRT Nation says it requires labs and a consultation with a licensed physician before prescribing, publishes its lab panel and state coverage, and runs a formal affiliate program through CJ Affiliate. Those are signs of an established operation. Its weak point is customer experience: a small but consistently negative Trustpilot sample. Legitimate and a good experience aren't the same thing, so get billing terms in writing before you start.

Safety note
