TRT Ranked compares US online testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) clinics using published prices, clinic documentation and reputable medical sources. We do not buy treatment or run hands-on tests: every ranking is research-based and every fact links to where it came from.
How we score clinics
Each clinic gets an editorial score out of 10, built from four weighted criteria:

Where two clinics tie, the one with better price transparency ranks higher. A clinic loses points when it doesn't publish something we consider essential, such as its states or its prescribers' credentials. What we don't do
- We don't claim personal experience with any clinic.
- We don't publish invented testimonials, and we summarize public reviews (for example Trustpilot) only with a link to the source.

Our pages are pending review by a licensed clinician. Until a named reviewer is listed on a page, treat it as editorial research, not medical advice.
