PeterMD's TRT costs $79 a month on a 12-month plan, $109 on a 6-month plan or $139 month to month, with testosterone, supplies and shipping included. New patients also buy a $95 starter lab panel. It ranks #5 in our 2026 scoring (7.2/10): one of the lowest long-term prices and wide published coverage, offset by a strict no-refund policy, inconsistent pricing pages and a missing Trustpilot profile.

PeterMD cost in 2026
PeterMD's TRT page lists three plans:

According to PeterMD, the price includes physician-prescribed medication, discreet packaging and free delivery. Its package breakdown says packages include testosterone cypionate, an aromatase inhibitor, syringes and swabs, free shipping and unlimited physician consultations.
Labs are extra. New patients buy the Step 1 lab panel, listed at $95 (marked down from $190), covering free and total testosterone, PSA, a complete blood count, and FSH and LH (PeterMD). PeterMD says lab orders are non-refundable. You can use existing bloodwork, and PeterMD says patients may bill lab work to insurance for a $25 processing fee.
Check the numbers. PeterMD's own pages don't fully agree. The cost breakdown article lists tiers of $89, $99 and $139 rather than $79, $109 and $139, and its how-it-works page says TRT programs require a minimum six-month commitment, even though the TRT page shows a one-month option. We used the TRT page's current prices, but ask for a written quote.
First-year estimate, our arithmetic: $948 on the 12-month plan + $95 starter labs ≈ $1,043, before follow-up labs. That's the lowest first-year figure in our ranking if the $79 price holds for you. See cheapest online TRT.
Treatment options
Injectable testosterone cypionate is the core TRT offer. PeterMD also sells:
- Enclomiphene (which it markets as "oral TRT"): $278 every two months, per its enclomiphene page. Enclomiphene isn't testosterone; it prompts your body to make more, and it isn't FDA-approved on its own (OPSS). The page lists AL, ID, NC and MI as unavailable for it.
- hCG add-on: $301 when added at sign-up ($412 later), per the TRT page.
There's no cream or FDA-approved oral testosterone listed on the pages we checked. For those, see Maximus or Henry Meds.
Labs and medical oversight
PeterMD says every clinician is licensed in the patient's state and holds a controlled-substance license and DEA registration. Its process requires labs before treatment (at a Quest location or with existing results), a consultation to review results, and follow-up labs about 90 days after starting. The starter panel includes PSA and a blood count, two markers the Endocrine Society says to monitor during TRT (Endocrine Society guideline).
States served
The TRT page says it's not available in Alabama or Idaho. The starter lab product adds that labs aren't available in New York or New Jersey and that availability is limited in Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, Nebraska, Vermont, South Dakota, West Virginia, Montana and Minnesota. Check your state before buying anything.
Refunds, cancellation and auto-billing
PeterMD's refund and auto-bill policy is strict:
- Plans auto-renew until you cancel, and cancellation must reach PeterMD at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
- All sales are final once medication arrives; unused medication can't be returned.
- Damaged items must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
What users say
We couldn't find a current Trustpilot score. As of September 25, 2026, PeterMD's Trustpilot page shows only a notice that the business "goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot." Trustpilot doesn't say what the breach was, so we can't draw conclusions beyond that. We don't quote Reddit or other reviews we can't verify. PeterMD itself says it is "trusted by 400K+ subscribers," which we can't verify either.

PeterMD and TRT Nation are the two budget injection clinics with the widest published coverage. Henry Meds costs more but includes labs.
Is PeterMD legit?
PeterMD describes itself as a medical practice with state-licensed, DEA-registered physicians, and it requires labs before prescribing. Those are the basics a legitimate TRT clinic should have. The warning signs are practical rather than medical: a removed Trustpilot profile, prices that differ between its own pages, and a policy that makes almost every sale final. Get your plan price, term and cancellation rules in writing before you pay.
Who PeterMD is best for
- Men who want injectable TRT at the lowest monthly price and are comfortable with a 12-month plan
- People in states other clinics skip
- Patients who can bill lab work to insurance

Safety note
TRT requires diagnosed low testosterone and a prescription. Testosterone can raise blood pressure (FDA class-wide warning, 2025), increase red blood cell counts, suppress sperm production and worsen sleep apnea (FDA, Mayo Clinic). hCG and enclomiphene have their own risks; discuss them with your clinician.
