Fountain advertises a money-back guarantee: you pay nothing if you don't qualify for treatment. Optional add-ons such as anastrozole and tadalafil are listed separately.

Treatment options
Fountain offers testosterone cypionate injections, topical testosterone cream and enclomiphene at the same price. Having the same price across delivery methods is unusual and useful: your choice can be made on medical grounds and preference rather than cost.
Enclomiphene isn't testosterone. It's a compounded medication that encourages the body to make more of its own, and it isn't FDA-approved on its own (OPSS). Your clinician decides which option fits your labs and goals.
Medical oversight
Fountain's medical team is led by Dr. Doron Stember, a board-certified urologist with more than 10 years of experience treating low testosterone, according to Fountain. Its FAQ says a provider orders and reviews labs to confirm you're a candidate before prescribing, which matches the Endocrine Society's standard of confirming low testosterone with blood tests (Endocrine Society).
