Armenia Ave., Tampa, Florida, names its medical director, requires labs and consultations before prescribing, and says it is licensed to practice and prescribe in the United States (Defy). Its Trustpilot profile is large and strongly positive. As with any clinic, verify that your prescriber is licensed in your state; you can check this with your state medical or nursing board.
